2. On 19th September 2025 also since none had appeared for the Petitioners, the following order was passed :
“1. None for the Petitioners.
2. Mr. Satalkar, learned Counsel appears for the Respondent No. 1 and submits that although twice before the Petition has been dismissed, however, it has been restored now.

4. Since none appears for the Petitioners, list on 7th November, 2025. Let reply and rejoinder be filed by the next date.
5. It is made clear that if none appears for the Petitioners on the next date, this Court will consider dismissing the Petition.”
3. Today, Mr. Satalkar, learned Counsel, appears for the Respondent No.1 and submits that it appears that the Petitioners have passed away and tenders across the bar an Affidavit. The Affidavit is taken on record. Learned Counsel submits that however, no steps have been taken to bring the heirs of the Petitioners on record and reiterates that the dispute in the Petition which was also pending before the Co- operative Court, has been disposed of on 1st November 2025.
4. Learned Court submit that this Court had also made it clear on the last occasion that if none appears for the Petitioners on the next date, this Court will consider dismissing the Petition.
5. In view of the aforesaid, the Writ Petition stands dismissed.
