The Application for extension of time is made on the ground that the petitioner has suffered accident and; that on account of the accident his movement has been inhibited and he is not in a position to comply with the time-line. If that be so, the accident being a factual aspect, it would be better for the petitioner/applicant to approach the Authorities and seek appropriate relief. In the absence of such a request or representation, we are unable to appreciate the Application and, accordingly, the Application is rejected with liberty to the petitioner/applicant to approach the proper officer /competent authority for the relief sought for in the Application.
