The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chakulia P.S. Case No. 51 of 2023, corresponding to G.R. No.37 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 457 and 380 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghatsila. In the intervening night of 30.06.2023 and 01.07.2023, theft was committed in the house of the informant. Unknown thieves took away Jewelleries and other valuable articles from there. It was submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from his possession. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has come in confession of co-accused. It was finally submitted that co-accused Lal Singh @ Kale has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No.6081 of 2024 and the case of the petitioner stands on similar footing. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghatsila, in connection with Chakulia P.S. Case No. 51 of 2023, corresponding to G.R. No.37 of 2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Jay/-
