Learned counsel for the parties jointly submitted duly signed Consent Terms dated 24.11.2025 which is taken on record and marked ‘X’ for identification. 2. The Consent Terms are signed by the Petitioner/Tenant, Respondent/Landlord and their respective advocates. It is submitted that the parties have amicably settled the dispute under which the Petitioner/Tenant has surrender tenancy-right in lieu of consideration of Rs.1,50,000/- which is received from the Respondent/landlord. The Respondent/landlord has consented to the Petitioner/Tenant for withdrawal of entire rent amount from this Court which is deposited earlier. The Petitioner/Tenant has agreed that she will not claim any tenancy right in respect of suit premises. 3. The Petitioner/Tenant appeared through video conference, who is duly identified by the advocate for the Petitioner. She also confirmed that she has signed the consent terms after understanding the contents therein and implications thereof. 4. Learned counsel for the Respondent/Landlord submitted that though Respondent is unable to attend the Court, he has signed Consent Terms after understanding the contents and implications thereof. 5. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of Consent Terms. Ad-interim / interim order, if any granted earlier, stands vacated. (M.M. SATHAYE, J.) Husen
