1. Heard Sri Santosh Kumar Jaiswal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Pranav Mishra for respondent nos. 2 to 6. 2. Petitioner is a retired Junior Engineer from U.P. Jal Nigam. He got retired on 31.7.2022 after attaining age of superannuation. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that wayback in the year 2022 arrears of 6th Pay Commission was determined in respect of the petitioner, however, payment was not made immediately and later on by a transaction dated 5.4.2025, Rs.2,00,383/- was credited in his bank account. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner was not aware about the credited amount. However, after a month on 5.5.2025 when the said amount was debited purportedly on a ground of wrong deposit, he came to know about it. 5. In the aforesaid circumstances, petitioner submitted a representation dated 23.5.2025, despatched by speed post, stating that without giving any opportunity of hearing and without making any alteration in the determination towards 6th Pay Commission, a huge amount of more than Rs.2 lakhs was debited from the petitioner's account after a month it was credited. 6. Learned counsel for the respondents on basis of limited instructions submits that a wrong calculation was made in respect of arrears of payment towards 6th Pay Commission. However, he fairly submits that such details were not communicated to the petitioner. 7. I have considered the above submissions and perused the records. 8. Petitioner has never filed representation regarding arrears of pay after his retirement or after it was determined in 2022 and only after the amount was debited on 5.5.2025, he became aggrieved. 9.
