It is also brought to our notice that the Hon’ble Supreme Court has passed an order dated 28th March, 2011 in Civil Appeal No. 2704 of 2011 (Arising from S.L.P. (C) No. 13944/2009) and connected Appeals (Bharat Ratna Indira Gandhi College of Engineering and Others v/s. State of Maharashtra and Others), thereby setting aside the order of the High Court and permitting to continue the process for filling up the posts of Principal in accordance with law. Copy of the order tendered to the Court is taken on record and marked as ‘X’ for identification. 3. In view of the above, both these Petitions are disposed off as being infructuous.
