Although the petitioner claims that direction has been issued questioning his appointment but he admits that no order cancelling his appointment has been passed till date. In view of the above, I consider this petition to be premature at this stage. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this petition at this stage with liberty to file fresh. Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
