1. The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the Writ Petition has become infructous. The prayer in the Writ Petition is for setting aside communication dated 23rd January 2004 and for declaration of the Petitioner’s result in respect of theory and practical examination for Diplomate of the National Board conducted by the Respondent Board in the June 2003 as valid. 1/2

Further, direction has been sought to the Respondent Board to treat the Petitioner as valid candidate in respect of the theory and practical examination for Diplomate of National Board conducted by Respondent Board in June 2003. There is also a direction to publish the Petitioner’s result in respect of the theory and practical examination for Diplomate of National Board conducted by the Respondent Board in June 2003.
3. Considering the prayers, Writ Petition has become infructuous, and is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
