Act, Police Station Pakbara, District Moradabad. 4. Learned counsel for State informs the Court that paragraph 42 of the affidavit stating that the applicant is neither a previous convict nor involved in any other case till date is a false averment since the applicant is reported to be having criminal history of one case. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present bail application be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a better petition. 6.
