The Appeal was filed through its authorized representative and Managing Director Mr. Bachubhai Mulji Tanna. He has expired. The Appellant-Company M/s. Tanna Laboratories (P) Ltd. is closed. Mr. Ashish B. Tanna was former Director of M/s. Tanna Laboratories (P) Ltd., and he was Director of the said Company when the cause of action arose and the case was pending decision. Mr.Ashish B. Tanna is present and states that he was also Director in the said Company even after filing of this Appeal. 2) The Respondent No.3/Original Accused No.2 has expired.
