The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to President/Member District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Ghaziabad to expedite the Misc. Case No. 102 of 2007 (Smt. Kamlesh Garg vs. M/s Narendra Mohan Hospital and Heart Center, MohanNagar and others), which is stated to be pending. The order sheet of the case, a copy whereof has been appended to the petition, indicates that on the last date fixed i.e. 21.04.2025, the petitioner herself sought an adjournment by submitting that a pending application be disposed prior to the case being finally heard. In such a situation where the petitioner has herself got the matter adjourned, we are not inclined to issue the direction as prayed for.
