Parihar, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State. 3. The petitioner seeks to improve the conditions in the Schools within the purview of the State. 4. Earlier, we had directed the petitioner to draw-up a list detailing the names of the schools, place / locations and the deficiencies that each School faces in order to enable directions to the concerned to expedite the process of addressing the deficiencies. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner would pray that the Authorities be directed to grant access to the petitioner to inspect the schools and prepare a list. 6. Learned Chief Standing Counsel would submit that the respondents shall have no objection. 7. In that view, learned Chief Standing Counsel is requested to issue proper instructions to the concerned school Authorities furnishing the details of the petitioner. The concerned School Authorities shall permit the petitioner alone to inspect the school premises. 8. It is made clear that the petitioner shall neither take, nor facilitate the Media, either print or electronic, to accompany him during such inspections and the petitioner shall not share the report with any third party, and shall submit before the Court, with a copy to the learned Chief Standing Counsel and the Authorities in the concerned school. 9.
