1. Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned Special P.P. for the State, Mr. Binay Krishna.
2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant submits that there is a delay of 56 days in filing the appeal. It is also submitted that no limitation application has been filed and appellant is a person with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that appellant and L.I.C. agent got loan of Rs. 14 Lakhs sanctioned in favour of the informant and asked for four signed cheques which informant gave, thereafter when informant went to withdraw the money, he came to know that an amount of Rs. 7,50,000/- stand transferred in the account of Rahul, Arun and Balaji Hyundai Private Limited as detailed in the FIR, accordingly the informant went to the house of the appellant on 23.06.2017 when he was abused and appellant even
