When the writ petition came up for consideration on 07.07.2023, this Court directed the respondents 3 and 4 to ensure that no obstruction is caused to the teachers, staff and students of the college for their ingress and egress to the college. The petitioner was directed to implead all the necessary parties. However, no application has been filed till date. On a consideration of the facts and the materials on record, and at this distance of time, I am of the view that it would be up to the petitioner to approach the 4th respondent, in case there is any threat from the part of the party respondents. If such complaint is filed, the WP(C) No.22203 of 2023 4 2025:KER:27120 4th respondent shall act upon the complaint, in accordance with law. The writ petition is ordered accordingly.
