The present petition has been filed seeking for a direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to conduct the work of demarcation of boundaries of the petitioner's land in Survey Nos.227/1 and 227/2, situated Minakanakurki Village, Manchenahalli Hobli and Taluk, Chikkaballapura District. 2. Learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondent State, upon instructions, submits that the other co-owners of the property with respect to which an application for Haddu Bastu has been filed have died. It has been submitted that, in light of the

In light of the said submission and taking note of the assertion of learned Additional Government Advocate, the petition is disposed of as not calling for adjudication, but reserving liberty to the petitioner to move an application for demarcation of boundaries afresh after Khatha is changed in the name of the legal heirs of other co-owners, who are stated to have died.
