(ORAL) Challenge in the present petition is to the result dated 30.03.2025 (Annexure P-4) issued at the instance of respondent No.2, whereby petitioners were removed from selection list for the post of House-Keeper in Territorial Army. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that with regard to their grievances, the petitioners have already submitted a representation dated 09.06.2025 (Annexure P-5) but the respondents have not taken any action thereupon till date. He contends that the petitioners would be satisfied at this stage, in case respondent No.2- Territorial Army, Group Headquarters, Western Command, through General Officer, Commanding in Chief Chandigarh or by the Competent Authority as designated by him is directed to consider and decide the representation dated 09.06.2025 (Annexure P-5) submitted by the petitioners, by passing a speaking order in a time bound manner.
