JUSTICE R DEVDAS ORAL ORDER Learned Additional Government Advocate takes notice for all the respondents. 2. It is the contention of the petitioner that the committee for regularization of unauthorised occupation passed an order on 25.11.2003, in case No.LND.CR.(53) 774/99-2000, recommending the grant of 1 acre 36 guntas of land in Sy.No.237 situated at Kanchugaranahalli, Bidadi Hobli, Ramanagara Taluk and District. The petitioner was called upon to pay the premium and accordingly the petitioner has paid Rs.4,151/- on 22.01.2007, following which a Saguvali chit was also - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:36288 WP No. 19199 of 2025 issued in favour of the petitioner. However, the name of the petitioner has not been entered in the revenue records. 3. The writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Tahsildar, Ramanagara Taluk, to verify the records and find out if grant was made in favour of the petitioner and whether saguvali chit was issued in favour of the petitioner. If it is found from the records that the facts stated hereinabove are true, then the Tahsildar shall proceed to enter the name of the petitioner in the revenue records. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This direction is issued only to enable the entry of the name of the petitioner in the revenue records.
