Heard Sri.Ravi Shankar K, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and have perused the material on record. 3. Petitioner is the plaintiff, institutes a suit for declaration in O.S.No.141/2015, ten years have passed by. In the light of the said submission, as also the prayer being innocuous, I deem it appropriate to direct the concerned Court to dispose the suit in O.S.No.141/2015 filed ten years ago, within an outer limit of eight months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if not earlier.
