1. On 20th November 2025, none appeared for the Appellant. The said order also recorded that, even prior thereto, the Appellant, who appeared in person, had sought time, to obtain permission from the Registry to appear in person or appoint an Advocate.

3. Upon being posed a query as to why he has not appointed an Advocate, he submits that the Court may pass such an order as it deems =t.
4. Since the matter was kept for dismissal and the Appellant was made aware of the said fact, and since he has neither appointed an Advocate nor sought time to appoint one, I have no other option but to dismiss the Appeal for want of prosecution.
5. Appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
