Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that in pursuance to the Order passed by this Court on 14th July, 2021, the respondents have passed a detailed consideration Order dated 6th August, 2021, on the representation alleged to have been filed by the petitioners on 7th February, 2021, wherein, it has been decided by the Government of India through Ministry of Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homoepathy (AYUSH) Education Policy Section (IM-1) that there is no provision for Management quota as per CCIM regulations. A copy of consideration order produced by learned counsel for the petitioners in the open court is taken on record. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners, when confronted with aforesaid consideration order, seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to challenge the same, if cause survives. 3.
