This writ petition has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 09.12.2022 passed by Commissioner, Meerut Region, Meerut in Appeal No.1067 of 2022 (Imran Vs. A.D.M.) and order dated 21.06.2022 passed by A.D.M. (City), Meerut in Case No.4947 of 2021. 2. The main order has been passed under Section 3/4 of UP Control of Goondas Act, which is effective only for six months. The period of externment got over on 20.06.2022, hence, with efflux of time the matter has become infructuous. 3. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
