The case of the petitioner is that his father Sri Akhilesh was allotted a Shop in Vending Zone -5, Circle - 5, Sector-55, Noida having control no.3093 and he has been doing business in the said shop. It is alleged that the father of the petitioner has died on 24.01.2024 and the petitioner is doing business in the said shop, however, respondent no. 2 is interfering in the conduct of business by the petitioner from the said shop. The petitioner has made a grievance in this regard before the respondent no.2, Chief Executive Officer, Noida on 05.4.2025, but no decision has been taken on his representation. 2. Accordingly and having regard to the facts of the instant case, we dispose of the instant petition by providing that the grievance of the petitioner shall be examined by the Chief Executive Officer, Noida within six weeks from the date of communication of the instant order along with a fresh representation after hearing the petitioner, or any person likely to be affected thereby.
