The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "(1). श्रदद्धेय न्ययाययालय सद्धे वविनम्र पयाररनया हहै वकि (ससवविल जज (वि०श्रद्धे०) एफ० टटी० सटी० इलयाहयाबयाद) किको वनदरवशित वकियया जयाविद्धे वकि (वविचयारयाधटीन) वियाद ससंख्यया 108/2018, बममुकिदमया श्रटी पययागरयाज सहकियारटी आवियास सवमवत सल० बनयाम मको० अकिरम, पर यरया शिटीघ्र समुनवियाई हद्धेतमु उवचत आजया पयाररत वकियद्धे जयानद्धे हद्धेतमु आजया पयाररत वकियद्धे जयानद्धे किकी अनमुकिम्पया किकी जयाविव ।" 2. From perusal of the record, it appears that the aforementioned case is pending before the Civil Judge (S.D.)/F.T.C, Allahabad for adjudication. 3. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 4. The present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Civil Judge (S.D.)/F.T.C, Allahabad to consider and decide the aforementioned case of the petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously after ensuring service upon all the respondents, after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and after giving a reasonable opportunity of leading evidence in respect of their case provided that there is no other legal impediment.
