The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Manika P.S. Case No. 67 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. case No.748 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 127(2), 127(7), 64(1), 89 of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar. On 22.06.2024, the victim accompanied the petitioner and went to Delhi. It is alleged that thereafter, she became pregnant. On 08.10.2024 when she returned home, this case was filed. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar, in connection with Manika P.S.
