JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 2 31-01-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 283 of 2021 for the offence registered under sections 30(a), 30(c), 32, 41 (1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act lodged on 25.12.2021. 3. As per the prosecution story, the police upon information started searching each and every house and in the process, sixteen houses were searched and so far as the petitioner’s house is concerned, allegation is that 12 liters ‘Chulai’ liquor and 200 liters liquid for making the country- made liquor was/were recovered/seized. After some argument learned counsel for the petitioner concede that the case of the year 2021 and in that background, he shall be surrendering before the Court concerned within few days. 5.
