This petition has been filed for a direction to the Board of Revenue, U.P. at Prayagraj to decide Revision No. 626 of 2024(Computerized Case No. AL2024012600626), Banwari and others vs. State of U.P. and others. A perusal of paragraph no. 16 of the writ petition shows that the judgment has been last reserved on 14.05.2025. In the circumstances, we do not think that this is a fit case for this Court to direct the Board at this stage. This petition is, accordingly, dismissed. It is made clear that if the matter is released from judgment and posted for further hearing, the petitioners would be at liberty to file a fresh petition, seeking to expedite the proceedings.
