(ii) A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to allow the petitioners to continue the work in post of Junior Assistant in the concerned department i.e. State Tax, Haldwani & Kashipur Division.” (3) Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that identical issue has been decided by this Court in Writ Petition (S/S) No. 524 of 2025, therefore this writ petition be also decided in the same terms.
