Maheva Ghat, District Kaushambi. Learned counsel for the applicants admits that the cognizance has not been taken. It is further submitted that notice under proviso 1 to sub-Section 1 of Section 223 of BNSS has been issued against the applicants. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 528 of BNSS of 2023 is dismissed as not pressed at this stage.
