Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 implement the order dated 8.5.2025 and restore the same position which was existing before the report dated 25.01.2025 and demolish the boundary wall illegally raised by the respondent no. 4 and 5. II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 to draw appropriate proceedings against the respondent no. 6 and 7 for illegally violating the order dated 08.05.2025 and misusing their post and power." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that dispute regarding boundary is going on between the petitioner and private respondents. Certain orders have been passed in proceedings under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, which according to the petitioner has not been complied with. He has moved an application on 16.06.2025 before respondent No.2, which is pending consideration. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the same. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon respondent No.2 to decide application of the petitioner dated 16.06.2025, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
