Instant civil writ petition was filed by petitioners, seeking to provide reservation to the persons belonging to Scheduled Castes for appointment on the post of Lower Division Clerk in the Cantonment Board, Nasirabad, pursuant to the vacancies notified vide Advertisement dated 30.12.2022. 2. The respondents, with the reply to the writ petition has placed on record a Public Notice dated 24.03.2023 (Annx.R/2) stating inter alia that the recruitment process, pursuant to the Advertisement dated 30.12.2022, has been kept in abeyance under the instructions of Ministry of Defence. In view of above, counsel for petitioner does not press the writ petition at this stage and seeks permission to raise the issue as and when the recruitment process is re-initiated/ restarted. 4.
