The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the FIR dated the FIR dated 10.05.2025 (An.No.1) lodged in Crime No.0080/2025, U/s 103(1),238 BNS, 2023 at P.S. Pachokhara, District Firozabad and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3. The case appears to be circumstantial evidence. 4. This writ petition is disposed of directing that in case the investigation has not been concluded by the investigating officer till date, the same shall be concluded within period of 60 days. In case, the petitioner/petitioners have not been arrested, he/they shall not be arrested till the conclusion of the investigation proceedings in the aforesaid case.
