The petitioner, who has filed the instant petition in person, is not present even in the revised call. 2. The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuance of writ of mandamus commanding the respondent No.2 to decide the representation of the petitioner filed before him in respect of the alleged irregularities committed by Gram Pradhan, Secretary Land Management Committee and other Officials. 3. Along with the record, a notice under Section 27 (2) of the U.P. Panchayat Raj Act, 1947, dated 29.09.2023 against Gram Pradhan has been annexed. It further appears that another notice dated 05.04.2023 was issued against other officials. 4. In view of the above, we are of the opinion that no further direction is required to be issued by this Court, except for the observations that the proceedings which have been initiated, if not already concluded, should be concluded in accordance with law, provided there is no legal impediment. 5.
