Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/wife and learned counsel for the opposite party/husband. 2. The present transfer petition has been filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure for transfer of Original Suit No.593 of 2023 from the Court of Addl. Principal Judge, Addl. Family Court, Bermo at Tenughat to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Dhanbad. 3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the wife/petitioner that the marriage has been solemnized in the year 2019. They have been blessed with two daughters. One is aged about four years and another is aged about eight months and they are residing with the mother. The divorce petition has been filed by the husband on the ground of cruelty. On that basis, prayer for transfer of case has been made. 4. Learned counsel for the opposite party/husband has opposed the above prayer. 5. Considering the facts that the wife has to maintain two daughters, I am inclined to allow the present petition. Accordingly, the Original Suit No.593 of 2023, is hereby, transferred to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Dhanbad. 6. The present transfer petition stands disposed of.
