Borah, learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner has produced a copy of the advertisement notice dated 02.04.2025 issued by the Secretary, Medical and Health Recruitment Board, Assam for regular recruitment in the post of Demonstrator in the Government Medical College and Hospitals and submits that in view of the aforesaid advertisement the petitioner be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to participate in the recruitment process. Mr. D. P. Borah, learned Standing Counsel, Health Department, Assam submits that subject to fulfilling the eligibility conditions laid down in the advertisement, he would have no objection if the prayer of the petitioner’s counsel is permitted by this Court.
