She submits that she does not have any instructions beyond this. 2. Given this, it is clear that the Plaintiff is not desirous of prosecuting the suit and, in fact, cannot prosecute the suit. The suit is thus dismissed for want of prosecution. 3. The Court Receiver shall stand discharged without passing of accounts on the Plaintiff undertaking to make payment of all the necessary costs, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver. 4.
