The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s): “A. For issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari setting aside the order dated 8.12.2016 passed by the Learned Member of the Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna in B.L.T. Case No. 1379 of 2015 contained in Annexure-9. Patna High Court CWJC No.9324 of 2017(2) dt.21-04-2025 2/3 B. For quashing the order dated 3.11.2012 passed by the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Hilsa in Land Dispute Case No.41/12-13 contained in Annexure-8 herewith. C. For quashing the order dated14.07.2015/28.07.2015 passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Patna Division in Land Appeal Case No.11 of 2013 contained in Annexure- 8/1. D. For staying the operation of the order dated 3.11.12 passed by the DCLR, Hilsa contained in Annexure-8 and the order dated 8.12.2016 passed by the Learned Member of the Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna in B.L.T.Case No.1379 of 2015. E. For passing any other order/s, command/s or appropriate writ/s which your lordships deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the instant case.” 3. Learned counsel for the State as also respondent no. 6 submits that the gairmazarua aam pokhar which is source of irrigation for the people there, the same has been encroached Patna High Court CWJC No.9324 of 2017(2) dt.21-04-2025 3/3 and in that background, no interference is required. 4. Though the point raised by the learned State counsel as also the learned counsel for the respondent no. 6 has force, since there is non-appearance on behalf of the petitioner, the present writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
