GP FOR HOME (AP) The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the in action of the 3rd respondent in not taking any action against the respondent No.5 to 10 and registering the FIR as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Article 300 A of the Constitution of India, apart from being violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to take necessary action and register the FIR.” 2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that, the matter is purely related to civil issues and as such, the Respondent – Police has not registered the case based on the complaint of the Petitioner. 3. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the Petitioners to work out their remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law.
