The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the following prayer:- "(I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus restraining the respondents to from deleting name of petitioner from the family register of Village Sarauna, Gram Panchayat Sarauna, Block Ramnagar, Tehsil Mariahu, District Jaunpur on the basis of ex-parte inquiry report dated 13.5.2025 prepared by a team comprising of respondent ADO (Panchayat), Area Revenue Inspector and Area Lekhpal of Tehsil Mariahu (contained in Annexure No.6 to writ petition);" 2. After some arguments, a prayer has been made by learned counsel for the petitioner to dismiss the present petition as withdrawn. 3. This prayer has not been opposed by learned counsel for the respondents. 4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 5. It is made clear that no liberty has been given to the petitioner to file fresh petition for the same cause of action.
