Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner inter-alia with the prayer to direct the respondent nos. 2 to 4 to initiate the inquiry against the respondent no.5, namely, Salama Khatoon, daughter Shabbir Ahmad. 2.It is argued by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is a complaint in the present case. He has made a complaint against the respondent no.5-elected Pradhan of the village before the respondent no.2-District Magistrate, Deoria on 18.06.2024, but till date no action has been taken in the matter. 3. On the other hand, it is argued by the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State-respondents that appropriate decision will be taken by the authority concerned in the matter, expeditiously. 4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State-respondents and perused the record. 5. In the facts and circumstances of the case and also in the interest of justice, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to authority concerned to take appropriate decision on the complaint made by the petitioner, strictly in accordance with law, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after providing an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned.
