The prayer made by the petitioners in the present petition is for commanding the respondents to release the dues in favour of the petitioners from October, 2023 onwards. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the grievance of the petitioners shall stand redressed in the event the respondents are directed to consider the claim of the petitioners for release of wages from October, 2023 onwards. 3. Issue notice to the respondents. 4. Mr. Ilyas Laway, learned Dy. AG waives notice on behalf of the respondents. He submits that if the petitioners are found to be working with the respondents as Lambardars from October, 2023, the issue of release of their wages shall be considered by the respondents in accordance with the law. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of along with the connected application by directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioners for release of their wages from October, 2023 onwards, if they are found to be working with the respondents as Lambardars.
