Heard learned advocate Mr.Amit Shah appearing on behalf of the applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr.Jay Mehta on behalf of the respondent-State. 2. Rule. Learned APP waives service of rule on behalf of the respondent-State. 3. By way of this application the applicant prays for being released on temporary bail on the ground of providing $nancial assistance to the family. 4. It appears that the present applicant is arraigned as an accused in connection with an FIR bearing C.R.No.11210050231267/2023 registered with Rander Police Station, Surat. 5. It appears from the jail remarks that the applicant is in custody since 25.09.2023 and had been lastly released on R/CR.MA/23554/2025 ORDER DATED: 14/11/2025 temporary bail in the month of September, 2024 on which occasion, he had reported back in time. It also appears from the jail remarks that the applicant having been released atleast two times hereinbefore where he had always surrendered in time. 6. Considering the period of incarceration and having regard to the reason stated in the application, this Court is inclined to consider this application. Hence, the applicant is directed to be released on temporary bail for a period of 07 Days (Seven Days) from the date of his actual release on executing personal bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) before the Jail authority and on usual terms and conditions as may be imposed by the Jail Authority. 6.1. The applicant to mark his presence on the 2nd and 5th day of his release before the concerned police station. 7. The applicant shall surrender before Jail Authority on completion of temporary bail, without fail. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Direct service is permitted. (NIKHIL S.
