This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "I. To issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil-Sadar District Mau to decide the Suit No. 11286 of 2024 "Computerized No. "T202415510111286" (Mundali Vs. Bhaggan Chauthi) under section 134 U.P. Land Revenue Code 2006, expeditiously within specific period as fixed by the Hon'ble High Court." It is contended that the proceedings under Section 134 of U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006 are pending consideration, which are registered as Suit No.11286 of 2024. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the said suit. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, or calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, the matter is being disposed of, at the admission stage, with a direction upon respondent no.2- Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil- Sadar, District- Mau to decide the Suit No.11286 of 2024 filed under Section 134 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, after hearing all the concerned parties, strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
