A statement made on behalf of the appellants that in full and final satisfaction of her claim, an amount of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) over and above the amount awarded by the tribunal be awarded and be disbursed to the appellant-Bimla w/o Sultan Singh, having been accepted on behalf of the insurer of the offending vehicle, the appeal is disposed of with a direction to the insurer to deposit with the office of the Lok Adalat a cheque in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only), favouring the appellant-Bimla w/o Sultan Singh, within two months from today, failing which the amount hereby awarded shall carry interest @ 9% per annum from the date of this order till payment thereof. The cheque so deposited may be collected by the above- named appellant or the counsel representing the appellant against proper receipt. Miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of.
