The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 21.7.2011 passed by this Court in Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 40183 of 2011 and order dated 10.11.2021 corrected by order dated 16.11.2021 passed by this Court in Writ-B No. 1900 of 2021. The order of status quo passed by this Court was not an injunction order, but an order preventing change of status as a consequence of allotment of chak proceedings on the basis of the title decided by the consolidation authorities. The counsel for the applicant states that no chak allotment proceedings have yet been completed. In view of the aforesaid, it is not a case to proceed under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 The contempt application is dismissed. Notices are discharged. Let the file be consigned to record.
