Learned State counsel submits that vide order dated 27.11.2024, respondent was directed to decide the representation of the petitioner, within a period of 10 days. Today, learned State counsel submits that in compliance of order dated 27.11.2024, a speaking order dated 30.07.2025 has been passed by the respondent and the claim of the petitioner has been rejected. This fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. The copy of the order has also been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. In view of the above, the present contempt petition is dismissed. The contempt is purged and rule is discharged.
