It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioner who is a complainant made a complaint against the respondent No.4/Kali Charan who is fair price shop dealer on 27.06.2024. On the aforesaid complaint, a committee was constituted and the aforesaid committee has submitted his report on 11.09.2024. It is argued that considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no decision has been taken by the respondent No.2. 2. On the other hand, it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that the respondent No.2 will take a decision in the matter expeditiously. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sadar District Etah to take a decision in the matter most expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order but after providing opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned unless there is no legal impediment.
