No. 18881 of 2024, which got dismissed due to non-compliance of the peremptory order, dated 07.08.2024. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the peremptory order dated 07.08.2024, the requisites has already been filed but after delay of one day from the date of expiry of peremptory time. 4. Considering the fact that the notice has already been filed, the peremptory time is extended by the date for which requisites for issuance of notice has been filed by the Patna High Court CR. MISC.
