Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. K. K. Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. This application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed by the petitioners, namely, 1. Mojibor Rahman and 2. Akabbar Ali, who are apprehending their arrest in connection with Session Special POCSO Case No. 01/2025 pending before the Court of learned Special Judge POCSO, Kamrup, Amingaon under Section 87/64/3(5) of BNS, 2023 read with Section 6 of POCSO Act. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have received summons from the Trial Court and the next date of Session Special POCSO Case No. 01/2025 is fixed on 12.03.2025. 4. It appears from the record that the Court of learned Special Judge POCSO, Kamrup, Amingaon has only issued summons to the petitioners, the learned counsel for the petitioners also fails to convince to this Court as to what brought him before this Court praying for invoking its jurisdiction under Section 482 of BNS. 5. After considering the available materials on record, this Court is of considered opinion that there does not appear to be any apprehension of getting arrested in connection with Session Special POCSO Case No. 01/2025 as the said Court only summons to present petitioners.
