As per Memo dated 24.04.2025, notice taken out on respondent No.2 is returned with an endorsement ‘refused’ and the same is deemed to have been served. Despite service of notice, none entered appearance on behalf of respondent No.2 / plaintiff. The grievance of the petitioner in the present Revision Petition is non- disposal of I.A.No.667 of 2022 in O.S.No.86 of 2012 on the file of the Court Junior Civil Judge at Razole. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to non-disposal of the said I.A., the petitioner is subjected to serious prejudice and irreparable loss. He seeks a direction for early disposal of the said I.A. Considering the said submissions made and in view of the innocuous relief sought for, the Revision Petition is disposed of, providing that the learned Junior Civil Judge, Razole shall make endeavour to dispose of the I.A.No.677 of 2022 in O.S.No.86 of 2012, in accordance with the Law, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
