The present criminal revision petition is not maintainable since the petitioner has challenged the order dated 19.03.2025 in Criminal Revision No. 80 of 2024 passed by learned Principal Session Judge, Jamui, as second revision is not maintainable. 3. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to convert the present criminal revision petition into a criminal miscellaneous petition under Section 528 of B.N.S.S., 2023. Patna High Court CR. REV. No.832 of 2025(3) dt.28-07-2026 2/2 4. Permission, as prayed for, is accorded. 5. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to convert the present criminal revision petition into a criminal miscellaneous petition within two weeks. 6.
